Examen of St. Ignatius

I pray for the enlightenment of the Holy Spirit so that I can see Jesus, others, myself, situations and concerns as does God the Father.

I thank God for gift(s) received.

I reflect on how I have been attentive, helpful and caring to God, others and self.

I reflect on how I have not been attentive, helpful and caring to God, others and self (improvements, adjustments, fruits of spirit).

I thank God for being with me everyday, and helping me grow in love of God, others and self.
