11:27 [CENSORED]: An old lady with new Neon Green Nike’s hailed me from a stopped taxi at an IHOP. She wanted help to the curb. I helped her getting her walker up and stuff. She wanted $20.00. I said I couldn’t help her (now no more trades or I’ll think of how I denied her any money). I said I could help her with a call, I had a cell phone. She was screaming she was “on the street” after all and proceeded to the IHOP temp home, where the cabbie dropped her & her stuff off, apparently without fare or a tip. I proceeded across the street as the pedestrian light was GREEN.
