Is The United States of America still a “Nation” under the U.S. Constitution?

became “what every executive wanted to be” at the end of Rollerball (1975): bigger than the game. Contrast that post-Vietnam War theology with Leon Panetta’s reminder: “We are a nation of laws not men.” The question is, are we a “nation” any longer?
