Start with ice if desired. 1 big shot of Earl Grey Tea extract (the bottom of the tea kettle after it steeps). 2 shots (2 oz) brandy or cognac; Egg Nog fill tumbler to desired height. Add ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract.
