Dear Charlie:

I enjoyed your segments with your guests, leaders of the Roman Catholic Church, and video clips of some of the Sainthood Canonizations of John Paul II and John XXIII.

I learned pontifex is not just a twitter handle. I can handle calling Francis pontifex. Matthew 23:9 forbids calling anyone Father except Him which is in heaven (and perhaps one’s earthly father by implication, otherwise, how could we know the parallel). This may seem like a trivial matter, but one which, inter alia, the Vatican is addressing today with its “government of caring.”

Yes, I feel the threshold of hope turning towards us and an increasing number of nations and individuals are turning towards “it” without the fear of yesteryear.
