What if CD [Civil Defense] concluded skyscrapers were actually safer than low-lying apartment buildings for instance after what happened in WWII?
I’m thinking UAS’ [unmanned aerial {surveillance} systems], drones, satellite systems and let’s face it, weaponry]. At least in a privacy issue sense, infra-red may be used to detect heat within a dwelling space but like a big ship, it would take a lot to destroy a modern high-rise. Smaller apartment buildings provide little protection from exposure to pilot or satellite surveillance, a natural disaster, or act of war.
Gotta get my laundry out of the dryer.
