Re: Tweets from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce complaining of “frivolous lawsuits” ruining small business.  I ask, whose small business? Not the lawyers’ that practice such feats.

Who are you to say the action is frivolous? It is a judicial process fraught with frivolous procedures my dear that keeps things on the ‘up and up’ shall we say?
