Are the State Bars of the several states, acting as statutory arms of their states’ highest court, a: 1) conflict of interest to the concept of an equitable balance interest inherent in the “balance of powers” between the legislative, executive and judicial branches of Federalism; 2) an overreaching arm involved in banking, interest rates and statutory client security funds which take property without due process of law?
