It’s more that Plaintiff pays, our legal system is inherently disruptive. Money keeps us honest, but love of money and indebtedness are as tricky as the ties.

Re: efficiency, fundamental fairness of our legal system in California

Complainants of suspect classes and ignorant parents of brash students seem to tie up the system.  Hence, the killing. Like the doctor said, “It’s not feasible.”
