1st off: Citizens “should” not be tried as enemy combatants, we still had a Constitution then 43.
2nd: If you can’t afford equal protection and due process to immigrants and as a result, locals too, change the Constitutional guarantees OR DON’T LET THEM IN OR ARREST THEM AND DEPORT THEM!
