Jesus Study

Alive we partake--dead we are studies--
Life work within a history book
A history book, one step removed, yet we perceive
A fiction on history--two steps removed.
Are the lessons, bread, as nourishing?

Probably not as nourishing
Closeness--will you pray with me for one hour?
Miracles, practiced and witnessed.

Music, the study of thought versus
the activity of the original thoughts
later elucidated/remembered.

Recordings, the internet videos, television and radio recordings kept and recurrent.
