I don’t want to spoil his fun, but if I’m reading Mattis, part of him wants a holiday raid put on by insurgents of the Radical Islamic Militancy so he can create a counter-insurgency with public disdain [commonly referred to as “#publicshaming” [See Madonna] for the incipient terror attack by so-called Radical Islamic Terrorists. When it’s written, one can see an added element: #RATS  See also Nazi propaganda of the post-WWI Germany.
