Trump to meet Macron for November parade in Paris.  If Trump buys Le Tour Eiffel, et environs, for the USA & Trump Enterprises [Trump Towers, LLC], will he be able to put his name on the tower, i.e. Cape Canaveral became Cape Kennedy until they were sometimes used interchangeably?
