A SCHS Transactional Analysis instr., #JoeMelia, told me not to have melancholic thoughts as they lacked usefulness. Now I ask myself why get motivated and “fake it ’till I make it” if my job is to contemplate? Although I do prefer thinking positive when negative outlook subsides.
