#Defamation: I suppose a social media defamation cause of action will exist for minors since they have a total or diminished capacity to consent to tweet or be a part of the ‘twittersphere’ therefore are entitled to potential damages to years of majority. Children are not necessarily ‘public figures’. @amalclooneyblog
