Dear Ms. Rubens,
Please be advised the association advises no duplication of billing has occurred. The management agent advised there were two separate non-compliances, one for storage of items and one for parking.
Charges associated with the storage non-compliance/violation in October appear below:
The Legal fee of $250.00
The Violation fine (coded incorrectly -should be NNC) of $350.00
The Violation fee for $15.00 which is assessed per letter
Charges associated with the storage violation in November & December appear below:
The NNC fine for storage of $350.00 each month.
Charges associated with the parking non-compliance appear below:
The Legal Fee for NNC – $250.00
The Violation fine (which was coded incorrectly -should state NNC fine) for $350.00
And the violation fee for $15.00.
