The only time I’ve seen a fleeing suspect, actually, I didn’t see the fugitive get caught and only assume they succeeded in evading citation and arrest.
Once was last night along the I-14 in the high desert and when the fog rolled into San Clemente a couple of years back. The clouds roll in and the ceiling follows for helicopter grounding. Both included the 405 Freeway.
