Remember, there is a time and purpose to everything. #Ecclesiastes 3. Cleanliness is next to godliness. It was found cleanliness as practiced in #Sweden tended to increase productivity in their society. One’s #unslobliness shows through and will be rewarded in satisfaction, and maybe more. I am a more rustic lover. #FallenLeafLake
“With women, or even with men, one has to roll with the punches.” –[Steve Jones paraphrase]. “Yeah, #one has to be able to take being the butt of a joke.”–John Rubens’ life experience. Women nowadays set me up for a punchline. [C concretekiss.com] Own words set up punchline.
Like one time I was doing a commercial at a soccer/rugby bar at the 405 @ Victory in Van Nuys and the camera had me juxtaposed against a shirtless young athlete on a screen behind me. The colleague told me, “Look.”
I looked at the screen behind and said, “I used to be like that.”
“That’s what I mean,” she said
I rolled my hands over an imaginary pot belly which I was filling out quickly.

I like #DaleCarnegie: “There can only be one–#Highlander!” But that’s not the way I live. I like dialectic competition. Too much bright line make peps say, “abhorrent, vile, appalled, disgusting,” more often to tip scales. @tribelaw v. @AlanDersh Debate Overdue. #AndrewCarnegie

I remember in the #Psalms, the conquerers asked the captive Israelites to play a song on the #harps hanging from trees along the way, songs of the Old Country which they left to live a live of bondage in #Egypt. The Israelites didn’t feel like playing but I bet they did and coaxed them, lulled Pharoah and the Egyptians into defeat. Similarly, Persians were said to have lulled occupying Arabs into complacency in what is now the territory of Iran.
A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which has been planted; A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down and a time to build up; A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;”

@JonesysJukebox Scholarly, not ecclesiastical advice. “What are we talking, ‘epistemology’ here?”–paraphrased #EdgarWinter #Ecclesiastes 3:3 @JesseColinYoung “Holy Spirit in the audience.” @SherylCrow What if God was [like one of us?].
