I bet if I had kept up with the technology of law and the courts/legislature, I would have heard of scramble warrants.  That’s a speculative warrant allowing sabotage or a scrambling of images or a complete breakdown of two-way communication with the server[s] while online…then the Windows pop-up appears in the lower right hand corner of the screen.
