The Surprise Element

Watching the female water-skier in the new Bond trailer, I realized what people are watching–seeing something new and being surprised.

A woman water-skier gliding from water to grass at a reception and securing a rope to an anchor to save the day keeps people watching.  The surprise element, like mystery unfolding.

Women skiing on grass and Bruce Jenner becoming Caitlyn. Surprise!

Oh, I get it now. The “frivolity” is in the drawing. The legality is in the off-chance the so-called frivolous case has merit. #LotteryMentality #AvoidingBankruptcyDeathTaxesPrisonandALawsuit

Re: Tweets from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce complaining of “frivolous lawsuits” ruining small business.  I ask, whose small business? Not the lawyers’ that practice such feats.
