Hollywood Forever Cemetery, about 150 yards in straight past the first intersection on the right [West] side of the paved road, you’ll see the NEMIROVSKY FAMILY GRAVESTONE in black marble with white relief.

Sam lived from 1951-1999 according to the tombstone and is buried on the right side of a three person grave. The left side of the tomb is Anna, probably Sam’s mother with Russian inscriptions. Sam has a shorter inscription with Mama at the end. Looks like a multi-lingual word to express his love of his mother buried on the other side.

RIP Sam and Anna. Is the young man in the middle your son Sam?
