Dear Constituency:

Special interests chip away at the Bill of Rights via non-governmental organizations, foundations, business lobbies, deep state and the unknown.

For instance, FISA would not have happened but for the enormous power and influence of corporations like CNN [Warner Media/AT&T] and Fox News [FOX/Murdoch/Australians].

The public/private partnerships and associations like the State Bar of California take Constitutional rights and liberties [taking without due process] away from citizens while purportedly advancing them. For instance, the insurers and banks are inextricably linked to the current State Bar of California. The Bar is in the process of splitting into two pieces to avoid this [detriment to those not in the Bar’s financial ecosystem] and other conflicts of interest.

“They” lawyers, have breached the priest-penitant privilege and it is no longer an absolute privilege. Medical records are shared in the cloud and student record systems are hacked. Generative adversarial networks can forge new identities out of real citizens and make false citizens. Russia, England and now Israel, some in the media say.

Bar associations are too constricting and tend to maintain a symbiotic “status quo” to the detriment of progress in righteousness toward a common good and the micro-environment of the individual attorney or attorneys affected by the decisions of a quasi-governmental organization [The State Bar Court] for the purposes of regulation, discipline and money laundering.

Please be advised the association advises no duplication of billing has occurred.  The management agent advised there were two separate non-compliances, one for storage of items and one for parking.

Charges associated with the storage non-compliance/violation in October appear below:

The Legal fee of $250.00

The Violation fine (coded incorrectly -should be NNC) of $350.00

The Violation fee for $15.00 which is assessed per letter

Charges associated with the storage violation in November & December appear below:

          The NNC fine for storage of $350.00 each month.

Charges associated with the parking non-compliance appear below:

The Legal Fee for NNC – $250.00

The Violation fine (which was coded incorrectly -should state NNC fine) for $350.00
