Ron Weiner is “not surprised” about recent scandals other than that we are “surprised”. Tell him that was before Occupy Wallstreet. The rules have changed. Politicians and their Cabinets are in a gigantic frying pan. Who do “they” select to prosecute? Selective Prosecution itself is illegal (Enron). I like Barofsky’s analysis of the scandals, especially the Libor scandal(s) and feel Ron might be missing an important Zeitgeist.
